How It Works
From your first request to a focused one-to-one lesson, here's exactly what to expect. The process is simple, and Charlie confirms every booking personally.
Booking, step by step
Choose your subjects and time
Pick your licence and the theory subjects you'd like to cover, then choose an available date and time from Charlie's calendar. All times are shown in Europe/London.
Send your request
Submit your booking request. You'll get an email confirming it has been received — but the lesson is not confirmed yet.
Charlie reviews and confirms
Charlie personally reviews every request. Once he confirms, you receive a confirmation email — your slot is only secured at this point.
Secure your slot with payment
Lessons are paid in advance. You receive the payment details by email after confirmation. If payment is not received, the slot is released so it can be booked by someone else.
Get your meeting link
A few minutes before your lesson you receive a link to join — either Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.

Join the link and get started. Everything happens live, one-to-one, and is shaped entirely around you.

Every lesson is live and interactive — here's what a typical session looks like.

Live one-to-one video
Lessons run over Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. It is just you and Charlie, so the whole session is built around your questions and your pace.

Custom visuals on the iPad
Charlie teaches on an iPad, drawing individual graphics, mind maps and note collections in real time as topics come up. You can screenshot anything to keep and review later.

Practice with ATPLQ
To lock in what you have learned, we share your ATPLQ question bank (if you have one) and work through real example questions together — so you see exactly how the theory is tested.
Group sessions
Prefer to learn alongside others? When you book, you can choose to open your lesson to group teaching. Confirmed group lessons appear on the Group Teaching page, where other students can request to join — and Charlie confirms every join personally.
You still keep your one confirmed slot; you simply learn together, which can make sessions more affordable and more enjoyable. Group sessions are usually short and focused on a specific topic (for example, Precipitation within Meteorology), so everyone gets real value from the time.
